Instructions for Submitting Files:
For a custom design order, it is the responsibility of the requester to provide print-ready vector files to ensure a quality product can be delivered. This means that for printing in cut foil (1 color), files in .pdf, .eps, .ai or .svg format are mandatory. For Print (CMYK Full Color) prints, the cut line must be vectorial and the artwork must be at least 100 dpi at actual size. If the provided files do not meet these requirements, an order may be refused.
