File Submission Instructions:
For custom design orders, it is the responsibility of the requester to provide print-ready vector files to ensure a quality product can be delivered. This means that for single-color cut vinyl prints, files in .pdf, .eps, .ai, or .svg format are mandatory. For CMYK full-color prints, the cut line must be vectorial and the artwork must be at least 100 dpi at actual size. If the provided files do not meet these requirements, an order may be refused.
